Frequently Asked Questions

Delivery takes 7-10 working days from the time of payment. 

Once you have placed your order we will send a confirmation e-mail, then order your garments and start to work on preparing your logo for the garments, whether this is printing or embroidery.

We will share the logo artwork with you for approval roughly 5 working days after the order has been placed* for your confirmation. Once confirmed your order will go onto the production line and should be dispatched within the next 2 working days.*

We charge standard delivery for all non-bundle orders and orders under £250 (inc. VAT).

UK Mainland delivery costs £7 (NO VAT), while Northern Ireland and Location Charge Postcodes costs £10 (NO VAT). Please check our delivery page to find out where your postcode falls.

International rates vary, please contact our customer services via phone or email for more information.

We want your logo to be perfect and your order done fast, so help us help you with your logo format.

EMBROIDERY

Embroidery logos can be uploaded as any from the following list: .jpeg, .png, .pdf, .psd, .ai

While the logo quality does not have to be perfect for embroidery, we do request that all elements are visible and distinct from one another.

PRINTING

Printing logos can be uploaded as any from the following list: .png, .pdf, .psd, .ai

For printing, we do require a higher quality for logos to save time spent having to re-draw your logo. Again all elements MUST be clear and distinct.

Yes. If you have ordered previously with us, whichever logo you submitted and approved will be on file.

Our size charts are available under our items. The sizes are true-to-size based off of customer feedback. If you are struggling to locate the size chart or need extra help please contact our customer services via phone or email.

If you are unsure on your size and tend to vary, we will always recommend samples.

You can either purchase a sample order (plain clothing) to try and then return it to us* for reimbursement or credit on a future order, or you can come in person to our trade counter located in Blackburn, Lancashire to try on items at no cost.

Currently we have one discount code available: 10% off for new customers. 

This discount will automatically apply itself to your basket at checkout. 

Discount codes are only applicable to items that have NOT already been discounted. E.G. Bundle Offers are already discounted and therefore another discount will not apply.

We ask that you thoroughly check your order details to ensure the error is on our end.

Note that any faulty items can only be returned within a 28-day window from when you received it.

Order returns can only be accepted on plain items within the first 28-days of receiving the order.

Customized items can NOT be returned for a refund, only replacement if the items are wrong/faulty.

Returns are not free, unless the order is wrong or faulty, and within the 28-day window.

Yes, you can!

We are currently trying to make the bundles easier to order in terms of mix & matching. Each item within the bundle can be a different size AND colour.

Bundles with options between items can have different items selected E.G. Mix & Match Bundle, choice of 5 x T-Shirts/Polo Shirts – you can have 3 x T-Shirts and 2 x Polo Shirts.

Yes! When customizing your order you should be able to select whether you would like embroidery or printing.

Currently on our bundles there is not the option to individually customise items – however this is something we are working on.

If you would like to have BOTH embroidery and printing and are not presented with the option, please continue with one singular option, and contact us after placing the order to have both options on.
